As you know, I have been doing my diet program. I did it for a month and now I am in my transition phase with only 4 pounds left til my goal. I think you guys deserve a preliminary reveal of my progress.
I only have 4 more pounds that I want to lose before I start working out. I’m so anxious to get into the gym! I can’t wait. I know we just had a crazy blizzard, but the time for showing skin is right around the corner.
Personal (weight loss) Goals:
- Clothes other than comfy mommy pants
- Commit to working out 2-3 times/week
- Healthy eating throughout the week
- Be more confident in self
- Appreciate self and appearance
