It’s been a little over a week since I’ve decided to go pescetarian, and I’m making the same mistakes all over again. I constantly find myself eating cheese and high carb items. I don’t really eat those on a day when I’m eating meats, but what’s happening is that I’m constantly hungry, so I run to carbs for that “full stomach” feeling. I just don’t want to gain more weight.
