Before the….before

So far, my pescetarian diet plan seems to be working. I’m waking up earlier everyday. HOWEVER, I feel like I am ALWAYS hungry. I’ve been using tuna fish as a snack in between meals or at night. I’ve lost a pound from just changing my diet, so I’m happy, despite the crazy hunger. 

The next thing I have to do is drink water. I’m one of those people who hates even thinking about water. I’m no longer drinking soda. (I could usually drink a liter of Coca-Cola in a day.) My substitute, in the meantime, has been iced tea. BUT, I really need to learn how to drink water everyday. That will be my next challenge. 

To get myself motivated to lose this damn weight, I’ve been comparing pics of myself over the last 7 years.

The weight difference is only 12 pounds during pregnancy. Otherwise, college and birthday me are the same weight, just proportioned differently. That being said, this is my general goal: 

This is me in 2012, still pescetarian, but eating less carbs!!!! I was also juicing in the morning, before work. Needless to say, I WANT HER BACK! I hope to see her soon.

Current weight: 164.6 (17.6 to go)
