Welp, Penn State made it to the Rose Bowl. I’m so excited. After everything we’ve been through, this was much needed. AAAAAnd, no matter what, I’m really proud of how far we’ve come.
That being said, we decided to try a new recipe that I found online. We made spicy old bay shrimp quesadillas. I was starving and ate them before I was able to take a picture. The ingredients included old bay AND cayenne pepper. Needless to say, it was extra spicy. It didn’t help that we picked up spicy guacamole instead of making our own. My tummy is really warm. 

It’s only been a few days, but I’m already feeling like I’ve had way too much shrimp. Luckily, my real pescetarian plan cookbook comes in the mail tomorrow. Plus, I’ll get to do the rest of my grocery shopping tomorrow. 

Just like Penn State, I will not be easily defeated! I will make this diet work.
